Inn at Rose's Landing

The place is clean, and the staff is super friendly, offering tips and recommendations for places to visit. The roof view is beautiful. Morro Bay is a calm town with many restaurants to choose from. I will definitely choose the Inn at Rose's Landing if I visit Morro Bay again.

Stayed here Veterans day weekend and boy am I impressed with our stay! Zane at the front desk checked us in and was very helpful. Gave us many recommendations on where to eat and things to do. We had no idea there was a restaurant attached down the hallway and their food was to die for. Best view on the embarcadero hands down! Back to the room; we stayed in the premier King California bay view (also amazing view) with a complimentary bottle of wine (many different bottles to choose from) and genuinely just had the best time cozied up in our room, even got to enjoy their brand new sauna. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, I can’t wait to come back!!

We had an amazing time at The Inn at Roses Landing. Everything from a warm welcome (truly the best welcome ever), to a comfortable stay and easy checkout. We were struck by how beautiful the sunsets and sunrises were, absolutely beautiful!! The resturant just below the hotel was delicious. This hotel would be perfect for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend with family and friends. All in all, this is one of my favorite hotels.

Zane the General Manager is so nice and so accommodating! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We came up for the night and the room was so incredibly nice, with a great patio fireplace. This is a gem right in downtown Morro Bay. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay here. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Zayn at the front desk was so helpful and went above and beyond helping us with our luggage.

We absolutely loved our stay at Inn at Rose’s Landing! The views were incredible and the rooms were spacious...complete with a fireplace! My son had a balcony with his own firepit and loved it! Having the restaurant and bar downstairs was such a bonus- it was so convenient and the atmosphere was perfect for winding down. One of our favorite parts was the sauna and cold plunge… such a fun, relaxing touch that made it feel like a mini spa getaway. We also really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates at check-in. The candy store and coffee shop next door was the cutest little bonus for a quick treat or morning coffee, and the firepits with the s’mores kit were the perfect way to end the night. Cozy, charming, and full of little details that made this stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing experience! Small 10 bedroom inn with beach views. Amenities on upper deck include 1 person sauna & 1 person cold plunge with some tables, lounges & fire pits. Reservation came with complimentary cafe area on street level with waters, teas & coffee, $20 food gift card for use at their on-site restaurant, champagne bottle & candy provided by onsite candy store. Overall spacious cute & cozy beachy room. Thanks for all the complimentary goodies!

The first thing I experienced upon arriving at the hotel was the location - right on the water and in the center of town. That was really nice and the idea of being a short walk from everything was wonderful, but what really blew me away was the check in process - the personal nature of it and the attention to detail. I've stayed in nice hotels all over the world and can say that this experience was particularly special and unique. The room looked out over the marina, the bed was super comfortable and there were homemade chocolates from their candy store waiting for us in the room. I think this is the first hotel review I've ever left - and well deserved. Highly recommended! Thanks!
